Cauliflower Fritters {Guest Post}

I hope everyone's Ramadan is going well!  We are in the final stretch and it feels like it just started.  It always goes too quickly.

Today I am guest posting over at With A Spin written by Lail.  I have been following Lail's blog for a little while and what drew me to her blog was her amazing photography!  She shares amazing recipes like these Sheekh Kebabs.  She also recently shared some Quick and Easy Suhoor Recipes that I'm looking forward to trying out in this last week of Ramadan.

For my guest post I chose to make a dish that is typical of something I would make for Iftar.  Unlike our traditional deep fried desi dishes, I like to avoid too much oil, and prefer to shallow fry.  Thank you Lail for sharing your space with me!  To read my guest post please head over to With A Spin.

  1. Salam Asiya. Thank you so much for sending over the delicious iftar. It would have been better to share it together at an iftar table, but this virtual one is also perfect due to our physical distance. Thank you again for your patience with the post. I loved it. Best wishes and an advanced Eid Mubarak.
