Recently I told you about all the goodies I received from Blossom & Bean and I also shared the delicious S'mores we made using the Blossom & Bean Halal S'mores Kit. Today I am sharing what we made with the Campfire Mini Fruit Halal Marshmallows. I found the Campfire Marshmallows to be the best Halal marshmallows that I have tried. The texture and taste are both very good and they worked wonderfully in these Fruity Double Marshmallow Rice Krispies Treats.
These are different than the traditional Rice Krispies Treats I make. They have pieces of fruity marshmallows throughout!
To make these Rice Krispies Treats I used my Brown Butter Rice Krispies Treats recipe and added in 2 cups of Blossom & Bean's Campfire Mini Fruit Halal Marshmallows. I used Marshmallow Creme in this recipe. To increase the fruity flavour, you could replace with a bag of Campfire Mini Fruit Halal Marshmallows.

Fruity Double Marshmallow Rice Krispies Treats
1 jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups Rice Kripies Cereal
2 cups Campfire Mini Fruit Halal Marshmallows
Grease a 9x13 pan. I like to line my pan with foil and then grease to make it easy to take out.
In a large pot, over medium-low brown the butter. It will first melt and foam. The butter will turn golden and then brown. Stir frequently and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Once you see the brown bits, reduce heat to low and add the marshmallow creme. Mix well. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Add the Rice Krispies and mix well. Sprinkle in the mini marshmallows and mix. Transfer to the prepared pan and press firmly with a spatula. Optional: top with sprinkles.
Put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to make it easier to cut.
